Refund policy

For billing errors, duplicate charges or a purchase that did not work as described, contact support with your transaction reference. Payments and refund requests are processed through Paddle. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.

Canceling a subscription stops its next renewal. Access to the paid allowance continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not itself refund an earlier payment.

Approved refunds adjust the searches supplied by that purchase. Searches already used are not erased from usage history. If refunded search-pack credits have already been spent, future search packs first cover that adjustment.
