Paddle processes checkout, payment details, invoices and subscription management. Refmori stores Paddle customer, subscription and transaction identifiers, verified payment notifications, search-pack balances and billing-period usage. Refmori does not store card numbers. Billing notifications are retained to reconcile purchases, refunds and account access.

This early-access service stores your account details, saved references, hashed API keys and monthly search counts. Raw API keys are displayed once when created. Search queries are processed to find references and are not stored in the usage counter. Website and API request URLs may appear in server access logs.

When semantic search is enabled, search text and reference descriptions are sent to OpenRouter and its selected embedding provider. Images and account credentials are not sent for text embeddings. Reference vectors are stored with the catalog; query vectors may be cached temporarily under hashed keys.

Email delivery providers receive the address and message needed to deliver account emails. Reference images load directly from their image host, which receives your browser's network request and IP address. Refmori omits the page referrer when loading these images. Approved API and MCP image delivery makes a request from the service instead. Opening a source link takes you to that provider's website.

You can revoke keys in your workspace and remove saved references. Contact hello@oddloaf.dev for account deletion or privacy questions.
